PLACING ORDERS
When placing orders, please fill in ALL required information clearly and accurately in the “Payment Information” section of the shopping cart, as well as the “Shipping Information” section, if it applies. This will aid our shipping department in getting the order out to you without any unnecessary delays.
PAYMENTS
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders are processed through the highly secure VeriSign merchant services.


SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship via USPS or UPS (at our discretion). If we ship by UPS, you will be given a tracking number so that you can track your own shipment if you wish to do so. Please supply both physical and mailing address upon checkout (UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box). Orders typically ship within 3 days upon confirmation of payment.
All products are securely packed for safe shipment, and we highly recommend that you choose the option of
PURCHASING AN ICE PACK at a modest cost (it’s reusable) to protect sensitive ingredients during the hot summer months. (We do note on the website pages which products should have ice pack protection during the calendar period of April 15th to October 15th.) Orders typically deliver in 7 to 10 days.
Shipping fees will be automatically added to all orders on the shopping cart. A $2.00 handling fee is included in all shipping charges. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
The products offered by Beverly ’s Cookie Fixin’s, Inc.’s are uniquely well suited for gift giving. We will make every attempt to get your orders to their destination in time for the holidays, and special occasions, but ask that you give us ample time by placing your Christmas orders no later than December 10th. There will be no refunds on late deliveries – so don’t be a last minute shopper. Ideally, we prefer 4 to 6 weeks lead time to assure that your gifts will arrive on time.
ENCLOSURE CARDS
We provide an attractive card with our company logo for all gift orders. Please be sure to include your name (or company name if the order is a corporate gift) for us to include to be sure that the recipient will know who the gift is from. We do not accept personal messages, but we DO include an appropriate greeting for the gift giving occasion. At checkout, please be sure to fill out “Payment Information” and “Shipping Information” accurately to prevent any delays in processing your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS

BACK ORDERS
In the unlikely event of a back order situation, we will advise you of the potential back order. You will be given three options. First, to advise us to hold the order until it can be shipped complete; or second, to ship what is available and ship the back ordered materials at the earliest opportunity (you will get priority); or third, to cancel the back order, and you will be refunded the value of the product.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION
If an error is made in the shipping address, or it needs to be changed, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Changes can usually be made within the first 24 hours after order receipt. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. If the order has already been shipped, we will make an honest effort, where possible, to reroute the product, but can make no guarantees.
ORDER TRACKING
Not available with USPS. If shipped UPS, tracking numbers will be provided via email for you to track if you wish.
CANCELLATIONS
ALL cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours of the order being placed (or before the product has shipped) or we cannot guarantee cancellation.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
It is our policy not to accept returns of food products once they have left our production facility. Instead, we will replace the product in question, or offer the option to choose a different product of equal or lesser value (shipping cost is your responsibility). For nonfood items (Cookie Cutters), we will accept return of the product (shipping cost is your responsibility). ALL returns must have a return receipt for merchandise (USPS Form 3804) or a UPS tracking number, or the package will not be accepted.
